The pay fixation will be notional from 01.01.1996 to 31.03.2015 and with all allowances and arrears from 01.04.2015. However, this methodology of fixation is not mentioned in the letter dated 09.05.2017 of MIB addressed to DGAIR for implementation. |

The 5th CPC had further improved the pay scale of Assistant Cameramen of Films Division to Rs 5000-8000 which the Lighting Assistants of Doordarshan also got by the court order on the basis of their parity with the Assistant Cameramen. |
